(Springfield, Mo – Jan. 7, 2013) Better Business Bureau of Southwest Missouri received more than 370,000 inquiries and processed nearly 3,000 complaints in 2012. Complaints are concerning a variety of issues including refund practices, customer service issues, repair issues and more.
